AMAZING! This place is nice! All the staff are very friendly! Came here late at night with a lot of pain and they made sure that I was comfortable while they were running tests and made sure to tell me everything that was happening! Super friendly and always made sure all my needs and wants were met! Constantly checking on me to make sure that I was doing okay! Figured out what my problem was fast and got me to the hospital in no time! Absolutely LOVE this place!
Had to take my daughter due to a fall that injured her back. This place was fantastic! The staff was wonderful and caring. The ER doctor actually talked to us and kept us informed as well! In and out in about an hour too!
I have had the most amazing experience I have ever had at the dr. In my life. My nurse April was literally like an angel! She kept me under a warm blanket, offered snacks, or drinks. Gave me the remote and just told me to relax, that everything is gonna be fine!!! IF EVER I have to go to dr the, this will be where I go. Thank yall so much for the caring attitudes, and making me comfortable, and actually talking to me!!!! Best dr visit ever. Despite not being well :-/! They definitely lifted my spirte! Thank you April!!
Thank you Exel ER doctors and staff! You all took very good care of my family member. I was so worried living way in Houston and getting a call my family member was sick! You all went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok. Again, thank you all so much!
Dave is the best nurse! He can't retire next year, I'm only a freshman and I'll probably need him again
In and out in an hour felling better . Couldn't ask for anything better. If I need emergency care again I will definitely be going back here. Everyone was awesome can seemed to just be concerned about getting me better and home ASAP ! Thank you David and Dr. Bristow for all your quick care !

I love Excel ER Nacogdoches the best place to ever go the doctor was so nice came in with a smile on his face he was very concerned about how I was feeling I truly appreciate that. the nurses are so nice and they even give you free snacks and a goodie bag when you leave you can't beat that .ever one need to come see for yourself and see you will truly love everything alI need to come to Excel the best place no waiting you feel comfortable when you go in and you're even better when you come out Thank you Excel ER :-) :-) :-... read more
