Had to take my husband there this week. The staff was amazing. Polite, timely, professional and just plain kind. The facility was 5 star and the service was fast and thorough. I highly recommend Excel ER.
Have a muscle spasms, had seen the place by driving by. So went there to be seen, all I can say is wow. This is the best care I have been given at an ER before. Will go back for all my medical problems.
Great personnel, high satisfaction, after been in the hospital for pneumonia and been with antibiotics in home with no progress I went to this facility and they took my health serious, they did a lot test, they took my health with the highest quality, nice people treating my wife and two years old son beside my bed with love and smiles all the time, great doctor, great nurse, great personnel, my health is better now with a lot progress, if your health get bad, take it serious, get a serious ER, God bless you'll
Pretty dang sad at Nacogdoches Baseball opening day there are 5 to 6 people representing Excel Er and they were rude and unprofessional. A little girl had fallen off the top of the bounce house, her mother laid her on the sidewalk in front of the Excel tent. I asked them of they could help the little girl, one of them got on her phone and said we are not doctors, what do you want us to do. Seems to me if you are representing a ER you are at least a RN, LVN, Paramedic or something in the medical field.
I went to them with a kidney stone I knew I had a kidney stone. they did the most expensive test they could $6,000 and then gave me a prescription for Tylenol and flomax is which is what I asked for when I went in so I am still in the process of paying off the $6,000 bill make sure you ask lots of questions. I told him what insurance I had and it was a bronze blue Cross blue shield plan they knew that that insurance wasn't going to pay for that test any part of it and I encourage $6,000 debt would never go to them again
Really friendly staff, but it is costing me an arm and a leg:( never again!!
