The health care my seven year old received here late one evening was awesome! Dr. Bartlett and nurses Vivki and Jane were so sweet and professional. My son received the very best in care and is healing nicely. God bless y’all!

I went to this ER last nite kind of weary but in so much pain. Thought I would check it out. As soon as we got there the receptionist there was very kind and receiving. The waiting room was very clean and we complementary drinks and snacks while we waited. We didn’t wait long at all, just filled out my paperwork and was called back. The nurse Anthony Garcia that tended to me was very kind and courteous. He drew blood quick and gently. We were at Excel ER with my 5 yr old granddaughter on Easter Sunday. She cut her hand on a sheet metal fence. Kortnie was very upset, crying and very scared. The staff was excellent comforting her, she was still crying when Dr Barlett came into the room. His bedside manner was unbelievable! He talked to her, and actually making her forget about her hand. She was smiling and beginning to be very proud we were at the doctor. We were amazed with the care she received not to mention we were in and out in about one hour!!!! The s... read more

SEVERE DOG BITE—Austin is still sound asleep. His bruises and puncture wounds are horrific but the post traumatic responses are the worst— he was terrified to step outside the vehicle to come into his own home... his safety zone... at midnight after we returned from the ER but I slept beside him and I think that comforted him just enough to quiet his little brain. No wait time and the staff took great care of my daughter. The nurses and doctor were patient with us and answered all my questions and they handled my 5 year old with great care. I really appreciate the get well card they sent her and they did a follow up call! Thank you for taking such great care of my family.
