The company was recommended to me by a family member who used them many years ago. The salesman came out to quote the job. Heappeared knowledgeableand professional. After that initial visit, it was like pulling teeth to get pricing and answers to my questions.After several attemptsto get some answers, I gave up. I received a call back, but the message got cut off so I called them back. The woman on the phone told me that they do not carry storm windows. We were looking to have the storm windows/frames replaced on our condo building as they are ill fitting and very drafty. 18 windows in all on the front of a 3 story building.
