Overall, we are very happy with the completed work andthe quality of the windows. Our installation was set up for an early Monday morning. Unfortunately, it snowed shortly after the installation was completed, even though it took place in mid-April. However, it proved to be a good test for the insulation of the new triple-pane windows because it was quite cold and windy that day. Installation went extremely smooth. Installers were punctual, professional & CLEAN. Would hire this company again, from Ray the Sales Rep to the two Steve's for installation. Very up front no hidden charges, very satisfied. Installed new front door & storm doors front & back.

Courteous installers. Very efficient and punctual. Did a good job. My greatest fear was air leak, but they used insulation around windows very well. The sales person is very courteous, not pushy and very pleasant. Repleace 4 casement windows.

Tom the installer was right on the promised time. Installation was done with a great attention to detail. And neatly and promptly. Great deal. Great product. Next time I need windows I will definitely call them again!

The Excel salesman was great and showed me some sample windows. Excel did a great job. They arrived early and did a professional job. Their estimate was slightly higher, but the windows are excellent. I was very pleased with their work. New windows installed. There were 3 double hung windows and one 54" x 54" picture window.

I got an estimate from Excel Windows and it fell right in my price range. They arrived exactly when they were supposed to come fit the windows. I work almost every day so we had to schedule a work date in advance. They arrived half an hour early that morning and they only took about 3 hours to complete the work. They removed the old windows and replaced them. Excel Windows responded immediately to a problem for which they had no responsibility. They were always courteous and professional. This experience is a perfect example of how a service provider who is loyal to the customer treats that customer long after the bill has been paid.
