EVEN MORE IMPRESSIVE THAN THE WAY THE WINDOWS IMPROVE OUR HOME FROM THE OUTSIDE IS THE INCREDIBLE CARPENTRY THEIR WORKERS DID INSIDE - I KNOW IT IMPROVED OUR GAS BILLS THIS WINTER - AND I LOVE MY WINDOWS!! REPLACED 7 WINDOWS (ONE WAS A 5-WINDOWED BOW); CUT OUT AN OPENING WHERE A SMALLER BOW WAS IN THE KITCHEN AND REPLACED WITH SLIDING GLASS DOORS WITH BEVELED GLASS; REPLACED A SLIDING GLASS DOOR. TOTAL 7 WINDOWS & 2 DOORS ALL VINYL.

EVERYTHING WAS DONE IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. WE WILL PROBABLY USE THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE TO INSTALL DOWNSTAIRS WINDOWS. REPLACED 5 WINDOWS ON UPPER LEVEL OF HOME.

EVERYONE WE HAD CONTACT WITH WERE WONDERFUL AND WE WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! WE HAVE A SIGN IN FRONT OF OUR HOUSE AND THEY ARE VERY GOOD FOLLOW UP AND THEY COME OUT TO CHECK ON THE WINDOW. 9 WINDOWS AND 2 INT DOORS

As a teacher, I hoped to get the replacement of 6 windows in my condominium done over the summer. The first week school was out, I booked 6 places to get quotes. I decided to go with Excel windows after my meeting with Brian because there was an emphasis on quality service and there were no negative reviews available online. . When we first meet with sales person we were told windows would be installed before Christmas. I called 2 weeks before Christmas because I had not heard from them since we signed on the dotted line. I was then told the windows would be in Dec 28th and they would call to set up install. Dec 28th went by and no call. Called again a few days after and I was told that the new date was Jan 14th. I made an appointment for windows replacement estimate. A day in advance they called to confirm that there is no change of plans. Then nobody showed up. No phone call, no message, nothing. After waiting for over half an hour I called the company and reached their answering service. Soon after that the owner called back to explain that they were busy with another job. Apparently my appointment was not worth even a phone call. He said thatsomeone can come later. My time is no less valuable that theirs. I have other things to t... read more

By the time my designer alerted me to the fact that he was not going to make it to your house on time, he was already late. That is absolutely unacceptable and there is no excuse. unknown I will initially say this. I may still use the company for my house. However, here are some concerns I had from my experience with the estimate. First, the company asked me he day before the appointment to move the time from 9am to 8am. I agreed and rescheduled another engagement to an hour earlier. The next day, the salesman showed up around 8:50am. He was never notified from the company of the appointment time change. I am so sorry that your experience with Excel was not what it should have been. Customer satisfaction is everything to me. The miscommunication on our part is unacceptable. Our new computer system still has a few bugs we are trying to work out (one of which is not notifying our reps if their schedule changes).
