Pressure salesmen. Bought two chairs for $2800 and had them recovered in leather. Less than a year and the backs on both have come apart. Flip them over to find just how cheap these things are put together. They use staples instead of screws to attach cheap wood. They look good from the outside but beware. Look underneath to make sure they aren’t just cheaply made. $2800 and im having to repair them. Never again.

I am having a horrible experience.  Dec 3 I paid for a table and six chairs, and the warranty plan which was insanely expensive. I Called at 6 weeks because I never heard from them only to discover that the order was never placed. So they said they would place the order and I would have to wait another 4 to 6 weeks…..so I decided to cancel, I need this furniture now ! All anyone will say is that my request went to the “refund” department for a determination and will take 3-5 business days! No accountability, waited on h... read more

SCAMMERS AND LIARS. bought a bedroom set in June and still have not had all my broken items fixed or replaced. They have got to be the worst furniture store and most crooked employees. I am heartbroken over the whole situation.

I bought a couch in 2018 at the grand opening of this location. I was very specific that I would not buy another couch with bonded leather because of an previous issue of the bonded leather peeling. They assured me repeatedly that with the purchase of the extended warranty I would be covered if it happened again within 5 years. All I had to do was call and they would replace the piece that was experiencing the peeling. So we made both purchases, the couch and warranty. I have now filled a claim and have been denied. We visited this location today and as we enter the store an African American gentleman greeted us and asked us, what were looking for, I responded, we are just browsing, then he asked again, is there anything in particular your looking for and I said no 👎🏽 nothing in particular, we are just looking, then he said oh so y’all decided to just come here and look, and i did find that statement very unprofessional and unnecessary. and I asked, if it was okay 👍🏽 he looked away ignoring me. purchase bedroom set in May 2021 never got the nightstands they refused to give me my money back on the warranty that was purchased as a package deal finally refunded me this month, yet I still have to pay for a warranty I am not using on nightstand that I don't have I was being charged for the whole bedroom set with my finance company they just don't want to lose the commission yet I did cancel by choice I was as patient as I could be
