I wish I could say I recommend, but unethical sales practices is a no-no for me. Our salesman Dylan and the wonderful hardworking delivery drivers… if we could give them 5 stars we would, but as a whole, Exclusive Furniture has a few things to learn. We dropped 18k in cash on 2 bedroom sets, 2 mattresses and adjustable frames, kitchen dinette set, sofa and recliner. We just sold our home and basically starting over in Texas. No I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I have never had a worse experience buying furniture. Purchased a $4700 sofa where the chaise was sinking in after one week ! Sent a technician out who AGREED it was a faulty cushion. Agreed to let me make a re selection after numerous calls to corporate. Got bill today for the $4700 sofa. They are now saying I can have a $800 store credit. I’m furious!!!!

We purchased a rug. The delivery team did not bring it on their 1st attempt. They also brought the incorrect sofa sectional. They had to come back again 4 days later to bring the correct sectional piece, still no rug. I called and spoke to Jace in financing to get a refund since it was promised instock. This was 9 days ago. She said she'd process the refund and call with confirmation in 2 days. I'm giving one star because my salesperson was awesome. This review is in no way a slight to him. Let's get into it. 1. I ordered a bedroom set that cost me over 15k back in March. Furniture wasn't delivered until this weekend. There was little to no communication on what was happening. My order is still missing a piece that they say is in another container at the port and they don't know when I will get it. The one off of 290 and cypress is the one my wife and I went too. Our sales experience was okay until we were lied to. Both my wife and I are not idiots... we bought a couch that the salesmen says was a customer piece they order in BULK because it’s so popular... we changed one piece on it so it had to be custom made in a few weeks. This was end of November..We called yesterday for an update on delivery, our salesmen said it will be delivered END of February. 3 months is VERY DIFFERENT than a few weeks.... his response??? “ ... read more

Not recommended. We bought 4 chairs from them and they brought us the wrong chairs and when we called them they said they will order new chairs and will be ready in 20 days. After twenty days no one call us or text I called them and they didn’t know anything about the order or the wrong chairs what a bad business and messy. Bad business and worst service ever In my entire life 100% Not recommended.

WARNING! NEVER BUY FROM EXCLUSIVE FURNITURE! YOU WILL BE CHEATED AND SCAMMED! I went to buy a dining table in July at their Richmond outlet. The salesperson was Bert and the manager was Robert. We really liked a dining table and the 6 chairs that went with it. Without hesitation, we bought it because it really fit into our new home. I purchased not one but two bedroom sets from Exclusive Furniture my sells person was friendly but I told her several times that my daughter had grown out of her twin size bed and needed a full size bed. I’m well aware that mattresses don’t come with beds but if I tell you I need a mattress numerous times common sense would assume that when you write up the order a mattress would be added on. My daughter purchased a couch from Exclusive Furniture in Cypress that was supposed to be delivered on July 29th. They got rid of their couch to make room, then received a notice that the delivery was being pushed back to 8/15. Both parties signed a contract stating the delivery date would be 7/29. The minute the store missed the delivery date on the contract, the contract is no longer valid.
