We have had an issue with our sectional sofa and have been in contact with EF since January. Have sent photos twice of the cushions being too small. Huge gaps between each cushion because one custom piece was not done right and we cannot get them to respond. We love our sofa but you literally fall in between the cushions as you sit on it. My next step is going BACK to the cypress store and raising hell! It’s ridiculous when you spend this much money to continually be given the run around

went in for a living room set and found a bed we also liked and was very comfortable now only 6 month later the living room set is falling apart and I am positive that this is not the mattress that we tried in the store!
Came here and bought a couch and loveseat recliner in June. By end of July there was a defect in the recliner. Called them up and they sent someone over to inspect it on August 3rd. A part had to be ordered to fix the problem. its been 4 months now and we have received NOTHING!!! Been calling them every month and was told the part would be in November 23rd. These people are nothing but crooks and liars. Yes they have great service until they get your money. Promise promise promise and then bend over because here it comes. Save yourself the trouble and just flush your money down the toilet cause that’s exactly what you’re getting when you shop at this place!
We were purchasing our first sectional & after looking for months we ended up choosing to give our business to this location. We ordered our couch 2 months before our planned move & were told that it would be delivered by the 20th. We both work retail so we specifically requested months in advance to have this day off so that we could be there when they deliver. Do not shop here they are very nice and try and win you over with customer service.... right after I purchased everything went down hill. They never delivered my sons bedroom set on the day they said they would. I had to call to find out why it wasn’t delivered and then they said it was out of stock. Then I speak to a manager and they say it’s in stock and will come in 2 weeks! That date has come and gone and still no bed. Then they said they had dresser and night stand. Absolutely no service after the sale.
Great place if you never actually want to receive the furniture you ordered. I purchased a table set over two months ago and have still not received a bench that went with it. I was told when I purchased it that they checked to make sure all of the pieces were in stock and they said they were. The day before we picked it up, we were told the bench was on backorder for 2 weeks. Then we were told 2-3 weeks. Waited 4 weeks and never received a call or anything updating me.
