Difficult late check in Midnight audit prevented speedy check in. Desk attendant was very kind and apologetic and kept me updated on the time remaining for the nightly audit and checked me in as soon as he could

I got sent to Stay America due to Balloon Fiesta raising the rates at ever other Hotel. The Hotel itself is one step away from becoming Section 8 Apartments. My two main complaints are the Laundry Room of the 6 Washers 4 were broken and the Chairs to sit on and watch your load dissappeared. The shower curtain and rod were installed to far out funneling shower water on the Floor daily. Did have a issue with late arrivers talking loudly. Made it hard to sleep before 1AM.
