I personally had a good experience with the staff when I checked in. For instance, the staff/she was pleasant & helpful, and pointed out that I could request some kitchen items. During my stay, the cleaning staff/she had a nice personality & attitude, and provided toiletries when I ran out, and pointed me to where the trash closet was. Good location, not so good condition We were in town for a wedding. The hotel was convenient for us, since it was so close to the highway and everywhere we needed to be that weekend. However: the condition isn't what we'd hoped it would be. The bed was comfortable enough, but (1) could stand some better linens and (2) was firm, but needed some kind of topper for better comfort. I'm kind of shocked at the bad reviews on here. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The hotel is in a decent area, mins from the airport, has a traffic light so you can get around successfully when leaving, and there was more than enough onsite parking. We are still in a pandemic, idk why everyone feels the lackluster "grab and go breakfast" is the make or break thing. They could offer nothing at all but they choose to offer something. Good rooms bad wifi I was nice room with a mini kitchen and it was clean. My only issue was the wifi if you use the free version good luck watching any Netflix or YouTube because to going to be pausing most of the time to buffer the videos. They had a paid premium version which is ridiculous I'm already paying for the room why do I have to pay for Wi-Fi too.

My biggest complaint it did not have a business center so I could check in at the airport. I know a lot of people do this on their phones, but I don't. I don't put apps on my phone because it makes a person subject to id theft.
