Understaffed, but wonderful accomodations Other than the fact the manager did not staff this location with the requisite number of employees for the weekend, this hotel and room was excellent. There were only 2 employees on duty - front desk clerk and housekeeper - there to prepare the rooms for Saturday arrivals, as well as maintain the rooms of those who had already checked in. We had pre-reservations and pre-paid for our room, drove almost 10 hours to get to this hotel and arrived at approx. 8:30pm. Yet, our room was not ... read more

Good place, right place, great price. Traveling across country. Needed a well priced, clean, comfortable place to sleep, and knew I could count on Extended Stay America. It didn't let me down.

Amarillo by morning. The front desk person was more interested in her cel phone call when I came in to the counter to check in. It took her a while to disconnect from her cel. The walls of the room were paper thin, we heard hall traffic all evening....not quiet.
nice and new I was very pleased with the room and price.

Nice clean economy hotel Not fancy, but a clean solid economy place to stay. Nice little kitchenette, good work spaces with convenient outlets. Only complaint was that all the little extras had to be gotten from the desk. I can understand dishes and cooking utensils, but water glasses and coffee maker are usually standard in rooms.
