Place is a tad run-down, but the amenities are just what I needed. Was clean for the most part. Staff was weird but accommodating.

The property was great. It was the staff that made it ok, not great. I was asked what my room jumber was after I checked outband waited in the lobby. The lady was suspicious because I look homeless. Thanks for asduming.
Extended Stay America Downtown Anchorage. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was recently remodeled and the bed was really comfortable. The location is pretty close, within 1 mile or less, to all the downtown restaurants. The free breakfast is just coffee, instant oatmeal and granola bars. You can walk to a grocery store that is about 1/2 mile away. It was in the 20's outside but we were never cold in our room.
