This place was perfect for a quick overnight from a late flight in to leaving to start the vacation the next day. Basic but clean and the blackout curtains sure helped on our first night!

The pool was out of order and the floors were dirty with construction materials even though there was no work being done during my stay. The staff was very friendly.

We had rented two rooms for the night and didn’t discover till after we were back late from dinner that the air conditioner in one the rooms did not work. The guests in that room barely got any sleep all night because it was so warm. Followed up with hotel staff after stay and they gave us a substantial credit toward our room cost, which was appreciated.

The parking situation was terrible and the room had a very strange smell.

Our first night stay was pretty rough. Our room was on the first floor and all night we listened to a door being slammed closed. The next morning we realized our room was located by the laundry room and the door that leads to the front desk. It kept us up all night! When we checked in a hotel service cart was parked on the other side of the hall which I is like 3 fy wide and remained there for our entire stay. Seriously.. never moved. Alaska value I thought it was great for the money. Friends staying in different room thought it was not clean and falling apart. Remember to get hair dryer at front desk when you check in if you need it. Breakfast grab and go was pretty meager. Fruit would have been nice.

Property is basic lodging - nothing fancy. Facility is currently under renovation. However room furniture was a bit worn, as well.

Room was clean. The room temperature was either too warm or too cold.
