Friendliest staff I’ve encountered, everyone I interacted with was outgoing and helpful. I needed a few pans and a hair dryer and just went to the reception and asked and I received. Nice location to downtown. First stay there and will use again while going to Anchorage.

Loved the location. The halls and stairs carpet was dirty but the rooms were clean. The keys to the room and the back door don’t work its a 50 50 chance. Staff were great!
The people were nice and helpful, but the lobby and dining area were under construction with no extra effort or perks to make up for the obvious shortcomings. The indoor swimming pool was also closed.

Property was clean. Good size rooms with kitchenette. However it was completely empty. Everything had to be requested from shampoo onwards No towels replaced ot rooms cleaned daily For the price we paid that was surprising

No Parking, drunks knocking, hardly any sleep The hotel was nice and clean. Small. I booked the hotel thinking we would be able to use the pool, the pool was closed. The parking was terrible. There was no place to park except on the street. The breakfast consisted of packs of oatmeal and small costco muffins, coffee, juice. The keys to open the door was sticky and malfunctioning.
