Convenient location but very basic This hotel in convenient to downtown Anchorage, but has seen better days. There was no hair dryer in the room -- was missing from the wall. It is an extended stay hotel with ads for their cookbook in the elevators but it here wasn't even a glass in the mini kitchen. If you are planning to stay and cook I suggest you find out if they have any dishes available. There was only a thin blanket on the bed so I had to put on more clothes to sleep. Need to get to the airport... The hotel itself was okay, however the shuttle driver failed to review the schedule and would have seen that I was on the list. Left early then the time that I was told the Shuttle would leave. Driver made a fuss because I demanded it return and pick me up at 6:00am. Then almost made me fall on my tush at the airport by sliding the stool out from under my foot. Dropped my luggage on the ground face down. None of this is a good review, but then this is part of the overall service.

Close to downtown shopping, easy access to highway Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean, but more coffee pots should be added and to go breakfast should be available thru the times specified.

Für den Preis ok Nachdem wir nur zum schlafen eingeritten sind - hat voll gepasst. Was wir nicht wussten ist dass nur 1 x die Woche das Zimmer gemacht wird. Aber Handtücher bekommt man immer - würde wieder hinfahren

Ok location/ok place to stay Price is a big factor and location. Place is functional, not the best or wonderful. Needs some freshening. An ok place to stay if you are on a budget and don't want to pay the outrageous prices most downtown hotels charge.

Basic Hotel in downtown area Our room had two queen sized beds on the ground level. The doors to the room and the bathroom were wide enough for a wheel chair (which we don't need). The room has a small refrigerator, a small microwave and a flat panel TV with Showtime. The front desk supplies plates, silverware and other dishes upon request. There are no table or chairs in the room. The window looks out on the parking lot, for which they charge $10 per night to park and ask that you remove anything of value (high crime area?)... read more

HOT in Anchorage We had stayed in this hotel twice before, so we knew about the convenient location, relative cleanliness, and competitive price. However, we had 2 rooms (207 and 203), as we brought my son, daughter-in-law, and grandchild. Upon arrival the air conditioning unit in one of the rooms (203) was broken. The window in the room had been left open and neither the fan nor the a/c unit worked. It obviously had not worked when the room was cleaned earlier that day.
