If you don't get up early you may get a luke warm shower (on busy nights) we found out the hard way! The water heaters are Electric and have slow regeneration rates.

Great staff! Three nights, just needed a place to crash with workout facilities. Those left something to be desired -- an ancient, squeaky treadmill and a slightly less ancient stair master, despite the signs showing how to use a bike and an elliptical in the 150 sq ft exercise area. Hotel staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful at all times. Wifi was food for checking email but that's about it. Breakfast was a joke. Close to downtown It was good overall, just that the housekeeping cost was $10 to have them clean the room

Downtown hotel in Anchorage. Needed a quiet hotel for one night convenient for last minute shopping and early morning departure to airport.

greeeeat people Great location, great price, but most of all Great Staff! extremely helpful and accommodating. Not only to me, they were just awesome all around. If this were a 10 pt system i'd give it a nine. Only reason they lose 1 point is due to having to pay for parking. But this is my new go-to for visiting anchorage. Seriously hospitable.

Comfortable hotel We stayed overnight in Anchorage as the following day we were due in Seward for our cruise. The hotel was comfortable --- very kind, friendly staff. The hotel was clean and neat. The only complaint we had was the soda machines were out completely out of bottled water, which is a minimal issue. The hotel is within walking distance of downtown Anchorage. Good place to stay for the night.

Decent but I think it should have been cheaper... Pets are allowed, which is great. But the pet hair can be a turn off for some, I don't mind, I probably added to it. It was pretty clean and comfy.

Northtside Anchorage hotel This is a much older hotel on kinda the North side of Anchorage, okay neighborhood, I would say, I never felt unsafe. There is a homeless shelter a block away and they are out & about roamimg around there late at night. No problems. Had to walk a distance to the mall and nicer downtown area about a mile. Just a lot older area. The hotel needs some loving care. Smells a little musky when you first walk in. Housekeeping never showed to my room the 4 nights I was there.
