Close to hospital for medical care We needed to spend a week in Anchorage for medical care. The handicapped room was fully equiped with handrails, shower chairs, super wide doorways and access to handicapped parking. The room itself and all public areas were clean and welcoming. Staff were attentive and friendly. The room and hotel were pretty quiet. Very little street noise. Our travel for care was not covered by any insurance or reimbursement so the reasonable price for comfortable accommodations was appreciated.

Nice hotel Nice hotel in downtown Anchorage, really close to everything. Staff super nice and helpful, they organize our day with a lot of ideas! Rooms are clean and tidy.

Awesome staff The young man checking me in, was awesome You do have to pay for parking, unless you stay on weekend and you can park on the streets by the meters, the only draw back of staying at the hotel, and no where is it posted...that parking is a fee.. clean hotel, friendly staff and pretty decent winter rates, decent place to lay ones head down.

enjoy the freedom, home away from home I am a returning costumer, this place is located downtown, so basically close to the 5th ave mall, there are plenty of places to eat, close to transit if you want to use the people mover to travel around the city.

Disappointed Was shocked to hear of "added" charges. I was charged twice for room as they "had not gotten the payment" although I paid through paypal and had a confirmation number. There's a sign at the front desk that says that no matter what hotel.com or expedia says, they charge extra for a room with more than 1 bed and non-smoking rooms. The pool was clean, and cold, not heated. In the room, there was one towel for a family of 4. We asked for and eventually got the towels (there were NO towels in the pool area either)but... read more

Good location for downtown business. Everything in walking distance, quiet environment. Management is saving on HR, not enough staff available.
