It was just OK. Lots of road noise, noisy people. The rooms were not cleaned well. I would not stay again.

I would like to point out the excellent care i received from the GM & front desk staff. There was a recent problem with the hotel alarm system which malfunctioned during the time we were sleeping. As a result of the early morning ”alarming experience” which lasted for sometime. I spoke to the management personnel explaining my justified frustration. After consideration the GM reimbursed my stay without hesitation. The entire team is in my own opinion extremely professional, knowledgeable & courteous.

Understanding I had just buried my mother prior to me coming to stay for a week in a half. Your staff was protective and attentive to my needs. And that says a lot these days. I appreciate the hospitality thank you Extended Stay in Midtown. The guy manger was such a darling, I believe he will probably own a hotel one of these days.
