Room was clean. However there was a problem getting the key assigned to the room and staff had to walk back and forth to let me into the room. Minor inconvenience, but overall, the stay was satisfactory.

Friendly Staff, clean room. pool was nice and the kids had fun. I did my thorough search for bed bugs as I do in any hotel and found none/zero. Beds were clean, linens nicely folded. Although I undid everything in my hunt I could tell the cleaning staff does an amazing job compared to most hotels I've stayed at. I've stayed here about 20 different weekends and have never seen a bed bug, although I will always search. Rooms have always looked extremely inviting and clean. Great job staff!

Pro: It's a cheap option for a place to stay while in Anchorage. Ease of access/ quick to get anywhere in town. Con: You get what you pay for. The pull out couch was less comfortable than if you were to sleep on a piece of cardboard. Some service was definitely helpful and polite, other service made me feel like I was asking too much by asking for a pillow or blankets (for a bed that had none). Overall: Thanks for keeping the roof over our heads this time but most likely won't be back.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The basic amenities were provided in room and kitchen amenities available at the front desk. Mini breakfast available till 9am. The room was extremely clean and spacious, including a living area, kitchen, separate bedroom and large bathroom with plenty of room for toiletries on the counter.
