The staff were great. We had a rough start with our first night. We had to change rooms because our refrigerator didn’t work. We had checked in, brought in all our belongings, and gone grocery shopping, so we had quite a few things to move when we realized we needed to move to a different room. That was a difficult move as I had two kids with me and they were tired from traveling. Decent hotel in typical anchorage setting Clean hotel but the area is typical anchorage setting where some may not be comfortable with people walking around outside the hotel. Our sleeper couch did not open so that was frustrating. Staff is slow here so this requires patience during check-in.

Breakfast was only grab and go. Fresh fruit would have been simple but nice addition

The room set up was okay. What I didn’t like was having to go get our kitchen items at front desk ourselves. Having to get your clean towels from front desk. Also staffing seemed short. Took awhile to check my cab that was waiting outside to bring me to the airport left! So they made me have to call again
