One reason we booked this property was the free shuttle to the airport. When we asked for it we were told they only had one van and it was broken. We had to take a cab to the airport. Other than that it we what we expected.

I was unable to stay at the Extended Stay America-Anchorage, Alaska because once again, Expedia screwed up my reservation. They contacted me 3 hours after I was supposed to have checked in to let me know the property was not available. This is the 3rd time Expedia has booked me a hotel and then the reservation has fallen through at the last moment.

The continental breakfast advertising was misleading..all that was available was coffee, cocoa packets and instant oatmeal packets. No fruit or muffins as advertised. Very disappointing.

Had to wait for someone ro come to the counter so we could check in. Went to get coffee and fruit in the morning, out of coffee and fruit.

No frills but it met our needs. We weren't in the room much, mostly out and about

Great front desk. Worker was VERY, VERY busy at ch After we got checked in we liked our room very much! The front desk gentleman was great, but overwhelmed. It appeared as if he was the only person handling every crisis going on. So, check-in took longer than you would expect.

Kitchen faucet broken. Bath tub dirty. Phone wasn’t working. Sofa mattress was in bad shape. It was quite place. Larry the grave yard employee was great checking us in.
