Not bad if you’re not sleeping on the hide-a-bed People were nice, location was good. Sofa bed was horrible. It functioned well as a sofa but the fold up mattress was painful to sleep on to put it mildly. The corporate choice to purchase this as a “bed” reveals extreme lack of attention to guest care if not comfort. This will definitely impact our choice of accommodations in the future.

First impression = parking lot and hallways and lobby filthy with litter.....room however was very clean and comfortable..... The room was also not prepared for guests......kitchen had no cooking or eating dishes (absolutely none !).....brochure in room said to ask for a kitchen package so we did......also had to ask for hangers (again none in the room).....had to ask for a coffee pot (front desk supplied one but it did not work).....also had to request towels....the room only had two bath towels, one wash cloth and one hand... read more
