Not so good I was surprised to be given a smoking room. My daughter and I woke up with an unclean feeling. We went to shower and dry or hair but no hair dryer and the outlet in the bathroom did not workand it was gfi.

It was good staying there other then that smelling like someone just lit something weedy while accompanying by kids and asking what that smell was is not good

The hotel is ok to stay in. However, you have to go up to the desk with your dirty towels and get clean towels. You have to ask if you want your room serviced. The gym has no towels or disinfectant spray to clean the machine. Very unsanitary or safe. Didn’t keep enough coffee in the morning. Correct this and it will be a place to come and stay over and over

Nice hotel didn't know I had to ask for a coffee maker, blow dryer and blankets for the stay until I asked one of the house keepers

Hotels.com did not send my reservation to this hotel. Even thou i had paid. I had no reservation when checking in. The lady at desk called downtown hotel no reservation there either. She then made a call to hotels.com to find reservation. Took longer then should have to check in and thankfully a room was available during high peak season. The room was not ready to check into. Breakfast is coffee, Instant oatmeal, muffins, granola bars. Which you can buy at the store.Internet is good. The shower floor/tub it's kind of creaking while I'm in shower. Three lampshades has no light bulb.One small tube of shampoo which is not enough for long hair.Glad my daughter have brought her own shampoo.
