Mini vacation The place was quiet, clean, and nicely located 8 min from the Lawrence campus. King size bed in a single room was just right. Room was a good size with a desk, table, 2 chairs, a recliner, and a mini kitchen. Everything was nicely done and clean. The kitchen area is a little dated and worn, but everything worked and it was clean. For an over-nite or two I'd give it 2 thumbs up!
Amazing and cozy one night stay! I loved the full size fridge and cooking stove.
Impressed What I noticed, the heater does not even make any noise. Extremely very quite. I'm impress.

enjoyed our stay! really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Although it is a slightly more basic hotel the room was fantastic (really nice having the kitchen) and everything was really clean. the staff is really friendly and helpful too. This will be a hotel chain we continue to choose.

Sleep = good, breakfast = really bad No public toilet in lobby. Grab & Go breakfast is joke...provide only brewed caffeinated coffee...decaf is instant (Sanka...the worst), no Orange juice, no real sugar for beverage. We only stayed 1 night so can't rate their kitchen/cooking materials. Will not stay in one of these hotels in the future.
