fire alarm 9am This place is dirty,we had a smoking room, but it seemed like the person before was a chain smoker, the pool was closed and it looked fine. Then at 9am the fire alarm went off and the whole Alparetta Fire Department showed up, there wasn't even any smoke or a fire.

Its Ok! It was not bad for the price, but I would rather pay more and get a place that I feel comfortable. It was not dirty, but the rooms looked like an old 80's horror movie.

Extended Stay Deluxe in Alpharetta, Ga I checked in at one time and their records show me checked in an hour earlier which wouldn't be a problem except they charged me for a long distance phone call from the room I stayed in. Then refused to research to find out who actually made the call. I was charged $17.00 for a phone call most likely made by one of their own employees. They didn't even want to hear me out. Its alright The hotel staff and everyone were nice and service was superb. But the rooms and the halls smell like curry. The room I had was so bad, that I had to bring in a candle.

Horrible Experience I travel often and generally have a reasonable tolerance for service issues on the road. But this hotel takes the cake for the worst service I've encountered in years. First, when I checked in the front desk clerk never even made eye contact. When another customer behind me mentioned an issue with his room she was rude to him. What was really bad was this was the last time I ever saw a hotel employee. I visited the front desk three times to try to get shampoo. There was never anyone there. On one occasion... read more

Forgettable experience I have stayed at a few "Extended Stay" type hotels, but this one was pretty bad. There was no "security latch" on the door, just the built in deadlock bolt. My bedspread, blanket, and floor had cigarette burns (though no odor of smoke). The carpet in my room was filthy, and all of the furniture was dinged and scratched. The TV was on a "swivel base" but could only be seen from the chair, or bed. It couldn't be seen from the bathroom area or the office/kitchen area. All in all, not very spacious...but c... read more

Dirty! Furnishings worn, stained and generally grubby. big hole (6-8 inches long!) torn in middle of blanket. (How could they miss this, when they made up the room?) Suspicious dirty "stuff" found between mattress and box spring. One inch border of dirt along edges of carpet, all around room. We are not neat freaks, nor were we expecting luxury, but this place was disgusting. All we wanted was a convenient place to sleep. THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE!
