Website malfunctions I never got to stay there because the hotels.com website changed my reservation date. They were helpful in helping me find an alternate, though not as nice, hotel. The customer service people admitted it had been a problem. 2 days later, despite my rechecking the reservation date it again changed it when sending the reservation to the next hotel. Dirty Hotel There was holes in the ceiling with bins collecting water in the hallway. The entire place smelled like cigarettes. When I got there they said they had no rooms available although I booked a room 2 weeks before. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It should be shut down for health hazards.

You get what you pay for I suppose We got this hotel for my girls birthday since it was a convienent location to where we had to be. However when we got in the room and there was this awful smell that never left, no matter how much we tried to air out the room. The room was small dirty and dimly lit like a bad scary movie, the bathroom was dank dreary and down right gross. The halls ranked of Smoke. The shower has mold on the shower curtain. Overall very poor!

Ugh! I feel a little bit bad about this, because the staff were nice. Not a place for business travelers - no amenities, unclean room, tired facility, with awful coffee and cello wrapped muffins for breakfast. Also, no daily housekeeping is provided. If you must stay here, bring whatever you need with you, including coat hangers - they were in short supply. A sad place.

Needs major improvement We checked in very late due to flight delays. There was no parking - had to park in handicap spot, only room available was a handicap accessible room. Room was not clean and bathroom was simply dirty with black mold spots all around. The toilet roll holder was almost broken. No counter space in the bathroom to place toiletries. Do Not Book This Hotel. I usually don't write a review. But this hotel was the worst experience I ever been to. The room was not clean and the garbage was kept inside. The facet of bathroom sink was broken. The whole building as well as the room had stinky smell. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULUS!!

Very bad:( Room not clean, bugs at night time they come up from the cracks in the walls or ceilings ! ENTIRE ROOM smell at mold, mattress very uncomfortable, furniture need a upgrade,kitchenette is the worst! Bathroom tile is disgusting! Night shift unprofessional (no shoes ) was sleeping at 12.30 am when I check in! BAD EXPERIENCE I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL
