What a mistake From the pictures the hotel looked nice, however this was just about the worst experience I have ever had. The problems I experienced where as follows: 1. My stay was 5 nights, not once was my room cleaned. The staff told me this was an extended stay hotel and hence was only cleaned every 8 days! 2. The thermostat in the room did not work. When I tried to change the temperature it would keep the room at 71 degrees. I guess they figured that would save them money. 3. Getting out of the shower one day, I took a ... read more

Not at all satisfied The service, room, parking, ect was very unsatisfactory! !!!!!!!!! Thumbs down rating from my experience.

Could of been better I'm not sure what i expected going in, but it was a let down for sure. I knew i had made a mistake when i walked by an open room that was being "cleaned" and saw the cleaning lady useing a mop to wipe down the sides of the shower. I shuttered to think what other cleaning techniques are used, or what or where that mop was prior to touching the shoer walls.

Awful place Filthy, uncomfortable, wear shoes in the shower as well as while on the carpet. Sticky kitchen floors, smelled like curry the entire 12 days there, long black hairs in the bed and on the pillows, sheets didn't fit bed, stains on EVERYTHING. Shower full of soap scum and black mold, bathroom floor covered in scum, toilet had black ring as well as stains from previous occupant in it. Windows won't open an inch, long term tenants looked to be folks that were there day in and day out, without jobs to go to ever. Just ... read more

Not the greatest Physically the hotel is a little rough around the edges - carpeting is wrinkled and frayed from excessive use or wet vac cleaning. Rooms have a very institutional feel to them (plastic vinyl/upholstery on recliner), breakfast is geared to grab and go. Staff was a bit indifferent compared to other places we stayed. Overall feeling was more of a dormitory than a hotel. Room appeared to be clean but had a strong smell of clorox in the bathroom. dirty place the pictures of this hotel are not accurate. hey should update with the pictures that show some old room with dirty carpet. broken toilet. just nasty
