Here's the problem....there was no TV available...and the lady (Chistine??) didn't tell us there wasn't tv until she had checked us in...I enquired about a "sister" motel they could refer us to that would have tv and she couldn't figure out how to "uncheck us in" to get us there. She said it was because we had gone through a third party. Then she told us there was no WIFI....BUT, one of the tenants said if we go to the third floor there was WIFI...so we changed rooms...we were able to get WIFI. There was 2 false fire alarms and my fire alarm in the room kept going off even though we weren't cooking. Had to leave the premise to avoid the screeching alarms

The first room air didn’t work the second room was smoked out the third room was smoked out sheets and top covers were dirty with feces on them . It was really unsanitary and shocking for this location presentation of the person working there was nasty her hair wasn’t combed uniform not ironed and she was sweating like she was sick she was very pleasant the entrance is smoked out I’ve never seen it in this state

Don’t recommend Terrible. Knowing what I know now, I would’ve paid 50-100 bucks more for a much nicer hotel. Because they also tacked on a pet fee for 28.50 per day per pet which was not listed in my booking process. Bed was lumpy. Room was dirty and broken, shelve hanging off wall. Not well lit. Smoking smell came from downstairs. Cold in the hallways. I could’ve stayed at the hotel down the road that I’ve stayed at before with no pet fee and I would’ve been much happier. Terrible. Problem finding reservation. First set of room cards did not work, took 10 min to get new cards while we waited in lobby.TV did not work, staff could not find a remote that worked, offered a room discount.

Property had roaches in kitchen area. No hair dryer or iron but had an ironing board

We would not stay again. Lacking so many things. Should charge $60.

The room was clean but it smells like Marijuana.

Close to KSU. Extra per night charges $$ for pet friendly filthy room. Room smelled like smoker. Hallways smelled like pot marijuana. People sleeping in cars. Staff were seemingly inconvenienced by guest requests for assistance. Facility laundry visible right behind front desk. Room kitchen not stocked for guest use.
