Pay for comfort not this hotel!! This hotel should not be a suggestion for anyone. The inside looks and feels like a nursing home. The hallways had an unfamiliar smell and the room seemed old. There were no housekeepering until check out day as well as they didn’t have enough linen and you had to ask at the front desk only to receive none. The bed was uncomfortable and we found that the windows were unlocked so I didn’t feel safe. The only good thing was the staff that was friendly and helpful, but now I have a problem with my early check out, and the front desk does not answer the phone.

Nice location. But my room had roaches visibly crawling around.

It was advertised as free breakfast, breakfast was a granola type bar and juice. That is not breakfast. The bed was clean but the floors really need to be cleaned. The carpet looks like it has not been shampooed in years. When I checked in I had to find someone to help me. The person waiting at the counter didn’t great me at all. He barely said two words to me. This has been the worst property I have ever stayed in. The room and property were dirty and unkempt. Please look into this as it gives your brand a bad name.
