Check in was fast, easy and friendly. He took the time to explain internet and breakfast, which most don't any more. He accommodated my special request without issue. The double room was smaller than expected ... regular hotel room size with tiny Kitchenette. Often ESA has separate kitchen and living room area. It was clean with decent furnishings. All towels had small black hairs on them. I even got new sets of towels and they had them as well. Also hair on and around tub

Decent. No ice machine!
Unable to check in or get in the building Tried to check in at 10:30-11 couldn’t get in the hotel for 20 minutes called no answer at the front desk until 20 minutes later. Very disappointed
