Great staff! Maintenance attended to broken exhaust in bathroom immediately. Quiet place, well maintained.

nice for the price Great location If you are in town for KSU everything is close by. Dollar Tree, Walmart, and school.

Staff is cordial. Location is ideal for me.
This place was disgusting! 3 roaches during my 4 day stay. Pot on the kitchen floor. Something sticky on the kitchen and bathroom floors. Crushed peanuts on the floor that were there when I arrived on Friday and were still there when I left on Monday.
