No wake-up calls and no one on duty at front desk The room was more than adequate. The rate was good. However, the facility did not offer to make wake-up calls, and this is absolutely ridiculous for a hotel! Also, from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., there was no one on duty at the front desk (it was closed and locked securely) and no opportunity to have urgent problems addressed except by calling a toll-free number and speaking with someone hundreds of miles away. This is a glaring inadequacy and must be corrected.

None Found a roach in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Needs more juice options.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I am glad you were able to have a decent stay with us, however, I am disappointed with the issue of the t.v. Our maintenance engineer has been contacted to double check the issue. I do hope that you will return to our hotel, or any other Extended Stay Hotels location in the future.
We went for a relaxing weekend. Everything was fine. The only compliant I can think of is there was a game going in at KSU, so traffic was a little crazy getting into the hotel.
