Adequate if not spending much time in your room The hotel beds weren't great, they ran out of pillows and blankets. We had requested a roll away in advance but didn't check in until late and it was given away. The staff was very nice, but the property mediocre.

Perfect for our needs Located in a very nice area. About everything you would need is close without the hotel being in a crowded/busy area. Breakfast was sufficient. Place was clean and quiet. I don't think there was a pool. We are staying again at the end of the month.

Last resort The location we stayed at was great for the purpose of our trip. The room was fine, had a small kitchenette with full fridge and cooktop. There is room service if you pay extra for it otherwise they clean once a week. You have to change your dirty towels and ask for toiletries at the front desk The breakfast was supposed to be a continental breakfast, instead they had muffins, granola bars and oatmeal you make and hot beverage. No pool or gym at this location. Close to restaurants and shopping.

NO ICE? The best thing I can say about this hotel is it was clean. However, the front desk staff member didn't seem to know her job. We held the room with one credit card but wanted to pay with another. She said it would charge the second card but it charged the original card. When we asked for a receipt she said she could not give us a printed receipt but we could to get in online. There was no ice machine available for guests. When we asked at the front desk she said she was told to say ice machines are unsanitary. How is ... read more

I didn't like having to trade in my towels everyday & the shower could stand to have more water pressure but overall it was good.
