Surprisingly nice accommodations for the low price point. Decently maintained property. Nice part of town, walkable to a pair of very nice restaurants with many other options within a few blocks. A good value.
It was a little bit noisy from the room over our room but it was convenient and fairly comfortable

The room was spacious
Rooms were not ready when we arrived and had to wait around 30 mins to be checked in. Hallways dirty and smelled of pot.

The breakfast was really simple. All they had was oatmeal, muffins and breakfast bars. There was no fruit, but there was a kitchen that I could make something. There was a couch but no other sitting in the room and no table in front of the couch making it hard to work.
