Comfortable and quiet. Great choice to be new to the state/area.
The room was handicap accessible, the phone needed to be fixed, and the room had an odor.
Nice clean room. Rude staff! Unavailable after calling the desk multiple times. Go down to the desk and still wait fifteen minutes for them to show up. Not accommodating. Although the girl that I checked in with the night before was very nice friendly.
The staff is professional and kind. From the custodian to the front desk staff, the service is excellent.
Everything was amazing! The rooms were clean and the customer service was accurate.
At check in I asked the man the young man a couple questions about things located by this hotel and in the area, his response to me was I don’t know, I don’t go anywhere. The second thing I didn’t like was a maintenance man was able to enter my room and stated to me, “that this room was supposed to be vacant and the it needed to be cleared because it needs work done to it.” I proceeded downstairs to take care of this problem which was breakfast time and there was barely any grab and go breakfast left.
