first day good! second day no room service location is ok! I have stay the room 2 night, second day didn't do room service.

Disappointed! There was suppose to be breakfast included; but there wasn't. For the price of the room, it was below the standards of similar rooms at other brand hotels for the same price.

Partial bar of soap left in shower from prior stay We arrived at 2:30 and though our room was ready we were to we had to wait until 3. Granted that's officially the check in time it was done with an attitude like too bad for you. Followed that night up with a trip to Crowne Plaza New Orleans and they let us in room at 11:30 a.m. Because our flight got there early in the day. It's simple....you are in the SERVICE Industry....make people happy and welcome.

Nice hotel with restaurants close by It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but there were restaurants close by. My only complaint is the windows in my room wouldn't close all the way. I only stayed one night so it wasn't a total bother.

Covient location to interstates No room service automatically. Everything is upon request when it come to dishes, room services. I guess I'm not used to having fresh towels being switched out everyday. Found items from last person visit. Never experienced that before.
