Nice Place with some flaws My family just spent last weekend at this hotel, attending a wedding in Decatur. I cannot say anything bad about rooms, service, breakfast, etc. If you have family of 4-6 people and need to stay in the hotel for 4 nights or longer, this is good place. Each room has a refrigerator, a range, a microwave, some pots and pans, etc. Would I stay there one more time or would I recommend this place to others. Sorry, but no way. Two reasons. I've stayed at other Townplace before. This one is exactly what I expected. What is surprisingly nice was the proximity to restaurants, gas stations and malls.

Great management, nice rooms Needed to stay for 2 weeks with my adult daughter who was undergoing some medical procedures. My two bedroom suite was clean and comfortable. The manager and staff were very nice, customer-focused people who really helped make my stay great. One warning - beware of the pull out sofas; they are old and very uncomfortable. But beds are great, and the accommodations of the staff are superior.

Great staff! The front desk staff was excellent. We felt like we were part of a group of friends or family. We voiced a concern over the drawers being dirty and someone was up within a 1/2 hour to clean them out. She also was super friendly and was happy to help. The bedding was not super comfortable, but the suite had 2 separate bedrooms with a kitchenette so is nice for a longer stay. I would stay here again. It was safe and there was a great restaurant at the mall 5 minutes away.
