Good hotel Good hotel, great customer service. Most hotels do not have provisions for cooking in your room, but this one does. Only problems are that something in the rooms stinks (which can be aired out if you are not on the ground floor), and smokers sometimes pollute the main entrance (they can smoke too close to it).
Great short stay The stay was great! The front desk attendant was Awesome and very prompt about getting our room ready upon arrival. The room that was booked had water damage therefore she arranged a better room for us that was great. Although the staff should be more attentive with the sofa beds. When I pulled the bed out there were crumbs on the mattress. Overall and other than that the stay was great.
We had a great time in Atlanta. Hotel was great --everything was perfect. We will definitely stay at the Townplace suites again.
Great for girls getaway Stayed here with 2 friends while attending a craft show. All the people working here are super nice; front desk, dining, room service, etc! We worked with Sondi the most and she is the BEST! Rooms are a little dated, and one more bathroom would have been nice since we were 3 ladies in a 2 bedroom suite. But we made out.
A nice place near family/attractions. Enjoyed the stay. Great front desk staff! It met our needs just right.
