Pleasantly Surprised. Extremely Satisfied Excellent service. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I can not stress this enough. The staff is wonderful. TownePlace Suits is the perfect hotel for all your travel needs, business or pleasure. Moreover, if you are driving its not a great distance from Downtown Atlanta. And the ultimate selling point is its Animal Friendly. I love it.

Lousy housekeeping Overall a good stay. Housekeepers are loud and rude. Hair all over the bathroom floor and tub. Towels are dirty. Front desk staff is wonderful and accommodating.

Family Graduation Celebration The staff was very friendly and accommodating . The location was perfect for the Mercer University commencement that we were in town to attend. Also, it was nice to have the mall across the street. Loved the separate rooms for my teenagers.

The Room The appearance of the room was great and the 1st day of housekeeping was great but the 2nd day wasn't good. The room has an odor like an soiled towel was used to wipe down the room and the 3rd day no housekeeping at all. The housekeeping staff should be made aware of this "oversight"

Enjoyed my time there I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday with friends. Upon arriving the employes were nice and very helpful. The hotel location was very easy to get to since I don't have a car and ride Marta. We didn't have to ask for much since we had everything in the room. I enjoyed it including my friends as well. The breakfeast was very good. I would recommend this hotel again and I will stay here again in the future.
This was perfect for going to Stone Mountain We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were VERY comfortable and our suite was quite roomy. The only thing we had to ask for were sheets and blanket/comforter for the sofabed and a few extra towels. The breakfast downstairs was awesome; a little on the carby side for those watching their carb intake but all in all, very good. I would definitely come back to this hotel to stay. The staff were VERY friendly and always willing to offer assistance.
