Sam was friendly & extremely helpful in helping us enjoy our needs while we were there
My favorite ESA property so far Way cleaner than the property next door. Slightly better upkeep. They check the rooms before you leave at checkout, but there are still a few issues in the room at checkin, so maybe there are some rooms that don't get checked, and the cleaning staff should be noticing and reporting them if so.
