Extended Stay America-Hammond Rd Good location, friendly people, comfortable room. The area near the stairs was littered with cigarette butts. The room was set up for only 1 person. We called for additional towel, washcloth and glasses.Delivered promptly.

The outside of the building needs pressure washing. It was very dirty and is the reason for the cleanliness rating. Everything else was fine for this price range.

The room was fine. The only problem is the cleanliness of the stairway and walkway in front of the apartment. These areas need to be pressure washed as they are very dirty.

Slowness of front desk personnel Three people waited for 15 min before the front desk personnel attended to us. I needed to check out at 2:30am the doors were locked at the front desk and no one was there so I had to leave my keys in the room. There was no night drop key box for check out and no one to service me prior to my exciting.
