Check-in took forever, everything else as expected The check-in process is archaic and takes forever. So plan on waiting if you arrive in a peak hour. Aside from check-in, room was clean; bed was not comfortable; there was relative quite in the room; bathroom was fine; did not use any other services from the hotel.

we really didn't stay at the hotel very long.we came down for a Christmas party at meadow brook hall.it was very close and convenient for us .the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were horrible thank god we only slept there and was out early.the cab was very quick to get to us both going and coming back.The staff,really we had to wait at the front desk and after that they really never was at it.when we returned they were not at it and when we got up to leave they were not at it .we left the keys to our room laying o... read more

Good hotel.. Disappointing breakfast The room was great, everything I expected. I was just very disappointed in the "breakfast". When I booked, the site said the hotel had a continental breakfast, when I woke up ready to eat breakfast after my stay, I was very disappointed to find just a cart with coffee, muffins, & fruit. Overall a good stay, I just wish the hotel wouldn't have described something they don't have.
