Unfavorable Customer Service We came to Extended Stay America and were planning to stay until we were able to find a affordable apartment to rent. We are freshly starting out here in Austin and so money is a bit tight and we are pursuing a career and trying to find employment nearby. The vents around the hotel were COVERED IN dust/mold. Specifically near the elevator.
