Worse experience ever at a hotel !! I checked in on Friday and was disappointed from the start . Kenneth at the front counter was not only lacking in customer service. He was rude and not helpful at all! After witnessing the customer in front of me get treated totally different Kenneth took it upon himself to not only make me feel dirt he will be the reason I will never patronize this hotel again ! Ever ! called customer relations about me experience and was told the manager would make a return call, it never happened!

ok stay This hotel was ok but I will not be staying there again. The room was ok but it was dark and I really didn't care for it.

The front desk help. Juliette in the front desk has amazing customer service ! When I got there she greeted me with a friendly smile, even though she had three things going on at the same time . She should be commented for it . I wish all hotels at more employees working for them . I will definitely book at this location because of her . Jc
