Clean, great value for price The receptionist made a mistake and sent us to the wrong room. It REEKED of cigarette smoke. Apparently it was a "non-smoking room". The correct room however was clean and didn't smell. The beds are not comfortable, springs hurt your back. But otherwise the hotel was good, great location just off the highway and great price. I didn't get a chance to try their breakfast so I don't know how that is. Its a clean place but sometimes you can smell this smoky smell in the hallways.

Good value Request a room top floor inside (away from the highway) if you want a quiet room. Some of the staff are bored with their job and will take it out on you.

Not clean There was a dirty washcloth on the bathroom floor from a previous guest. The bathroom floor was dirty and quite obviously hadn't seen a broom, vacuum or mop in some time.

Good hotel but not so good staff Good stay in this hotel near highway, it's clean, well furnished, and the kitchen makes it even better. Disappointing with the staff (a bit rude and understaffed)

Nice hotel next to the highway... Hotel was nice... Clean spaceous bathroom... Nice kitchette with full size refrigerator. Comfortable Queen size bed... Continental Breakfast was okay...

Great hotel; location tricky to find. Great hotel & staff, very clean. It is tricky to find if you are traveling south on 35, so call for directions. Breakfast could be better & there is no pool, but overall a nice place to stay close to Austin.

Very nice for the price. Room was very clean and the bed was new and firm Very convient to North Austin attractions. Approx. 10 miles to Sixth Street and downtown.
