Great hotel! This was a great hotel! The rate was less than most regular rooms, even though this one had a small kitchen area including plates and pans! It was very nicely decorated and very clean! The staff were polite and friendly and check in was easy and quick. This was my first stay in an Extended Stay America, and I will always look for one to stay at on any trip!

Great night Hotel was clean. Service was great. Location is close to Round Rock, Dell Diamond. Like all other hotels near the interstate highway, road noise can't be avoided. Other than that, I had a good night's sleep. Can't complain where no complaints are to be found. It does have a small kitchen with utensils and refrigerator (I did not use the area). The bathroom was clean and of a good size.
Clean, great value for price The receptionist made a mistake and sent us to the wrong room. It REEKED of cigarette smoke. Apparently it was a "non-smoking room". The correct room however was clean and didn't smell. The beds are not comfortable, springs hurt your back. But otherwise the hotel was good, great location just off the highway and great price. I didn't get a chance to try their breakfast so I don't know how that is. Its a clean place but sometimes you can smell this smoky smell in the hallways.
Very nice and comfortable.
Good value Request a room top floor inside (away from the highway) if you want a quiet room. Some of the staff are bored with their job and will take it out on you.

Not clean There was a dirty washcloth on the bathroom floor from a previous guest. The bathroom floor was dirty and quite obviously hadn't seen a broom, vacuum or mop in some time.

Good hotel but not so good staff Good stay in this hotel near highway, it's clean, well furnished, and the kitchen makes it even better. Disappointing with the staff (a bit rude and understaffed)
