Good hotel Great hotel, always a very clean hotel when I choose to stay there. Would recommend this hotel everyone.

Nice hotel close to IH 35
Good value, but come machine was empty All I wanted was a coke but since the machine was empty had to leave the hotel :(
Hotel is always clean and tidy. Young lady behind desk was very friendly and helpful.

as good as the price whould lead to basic price for a basic room. Fits the bill for those who understand what you are really paying for.
Thanksgiving in Austin The Extended South hotel was a decent hotel. We had a room that was facing the highway, so the traffic kept waking me up around 4am. The walls are very thin. The price was reasonable, and it was easy acess to highway, resturants, and shopping.

surprised my boyfriend after birthday drinks it was great for what we needed....a room for the night even though we live in the area....it is a great location....but you really should do a better breakfast....there are alot of working people that stay there, a toaster and bagels or english muffins, w/ peanut butter and cream cheese would be a great addition....but we enjoyed it..
Okay accommadations Nice clean comfortable room. Nice people. Hallways & lobby could have used some vacuuming, "Free breakfast" was a little cabinet in the lobby with coffee and pre-packed pastries, basically. Only real problem was a major leak in the ceiling in the hallway that was pouring water into trash cans, with ceiling material scattered on floor not cleaned. Would not be my first choice for sure, but on a weekend when hotel rooms were scarce & expensive, I was glad to get it.
