todo muy bien , solo que me atendio una mujer y creo que es la q hace limpieza el aire acondisionado no funsionaba bien la verdad no dormimos bien mis hijos y yo muy bonito y limpio solo fue el a/c y la mujer q m atendio q no me sabia contestar nada de lo q le preguntaba y por sierto le pregunte sobre mi recibo oh factura y no m entregaron nada. # de cuarto fue 111

Nice Experience It was a nice room. Very clean. Was non smoking but smelled faintly of smoke. The smell faded after a while. Staff was nice and friendly.

Little work while on vacation It would be nice to know before booking for less than a week that you do not get your room cleaned up and that you are expected to bring your trash out and exchange your towels at the front desk

Run Down Hotel knew that this was going to be bad . . . . first room given was not made up! Sink in bathroom had slow draining issue, carpet was not clean with evidence of small pet food in corners. Kitchen was old and run down with sink with rust damage in drain. First and last time at this hotel.

Won't stay again Bathroom still had trash from previous guests, no wash cloths, refrigerator had spill in it and onto floor but not cleaned. Bad sign when checking in and housekeeper calls desk to tell them room 232 is ready and staff says, "Already?". And then they gave me room 232.
