The hotel in Round Rock, TX Was a quick exit and re-entry from the freeway. It was a clean and provided all our needs. The front desk were very friendly.

Great place, I use this frequently... Very nice. Great location and friendly staff. Room was clean. The only thing I did not like was that someone from the hotel staff knocked at 10:52am to ask if I was going to check out... check out was at 11am. I've never had this happen at any other hotel I've used.

Nice stay but don't arrive after 11pm Stayed only one night even though it is extended stay. Room was very clean and comfortable and good size. More than I expected for the price. Security Guard in parking lot. Only problem: arrived after a football game at 11:30pm and office closes at 11pm. Even though hotel manager was in the office, he was almost hiding, siting in the dark and didn't answer my calls for service. Pleasant Stay I was in Austin on business. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I was only there in the evenings. I was very pleased with my accommodations. The room was clean. I plan to stay there in the future when I return. I have already recommended this hotel to my friends. It was just as described in the hotel website.

Room was great, but wreaked of smoke Our room was great. Great service...clean room, but, when we walked into our room that was a non-smoking room it wreaked of smoke to the point of making me sick to my stomach. Very, very strong smell of smoke. To make matters worse they were sold out of rooms therefore I could not be moved to a different room. Make sure that the non smoking room has not been smoked in please...yuck!!!
