Could use renovations in bathroom area ceiling cracking, hot water does not last at all, construction going on around the area so pretty noisy very early
Unfortunately, one night of our stay it sounded almost like someone was bouncing a basketball around the room for 3-4 hours straight. When we went to ask the front desk, they were not there. When we went to the room, it turns out it was unattended children. Kind of uncomfortable but we're aware that has to be a rare situation.

AWFUL!!! The back of my ears, and neck were tore up by bed bugs! Even one of the staff members laughed and said, “Oh yea! I’ve been tore up a couple times.” Staff is friendly but not enough staff. Front is closed a lot during hours.

Would not recommend staying at this hotel It took three trips to get the key card to work not sure why. The attendent at the desk did his best to accomodate. Some of the lighting in the room did not work and upon looking at the sconce by the bed there was dust and gime that was truely visble with missing switch. The microwave belonged in a musem and made terrible noise when opperated. The free breakfast was not good especially the coffee that looked and tasted weak. Not the best. The room was old and smelled like pee. All the appliances are rotting away even the refrigerator.

I have stayed at many Extended Stays throughout the country so I was very well aware of the 2 star rating however I have never experienced the offensive smell coming from the carpet, the dead bug cementary within the light fixture and shocking visible when the light was turned on, the numerous brown specks on the mattress which I not even going to guess as to what that was and the homeless camping out at the side entrance.
